BrandGuard AI is a product project in development conceived by Gustavo Yudi, founder of Vexio Studio. This site introduces the project and lets you prepare an email conversation. It does not assume an independent legal entity for BrandGuard AI.
Contact details
Fields may include your name, email, organization, segment, interest and message. When you prepare an email, these details are sent to the server solely to validate them and compose an email link. The application does not keep a contact database, log form content or send the message automatically.
Email and purpose
After preparation, you choose to open your email app, review and send the message. Your selected email provider handles delivery under its own policies. Details received by the institutional contact will be used to respond to your request and continue the conversation you initiated. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Demo and browsing
Identity review is local. Only after explicit confirmation, the hostname or name and base term are sent to the BrandGuard backend and ETNRLZ API. Candidate domains are queried through authorized public RDAP sources. The IP observed by Vercel generates an HMAC identifier for limits; the raw IP is not sent to ETNRLZ. The service uses technical domain caching and shared counters, without personal history. When configured, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget processes an access check. Sources and hosting may keep their own logs. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or session recording.
Technical hosting data
The hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP address, time, route and browser agent to deliver, operate and secure the site. This processing is separate from the form. The application does not request sensitive information or credentials.
Retention and choices
Form validation does not create persistent storage in the application. Messages you actually send may be retained as necessary to respond, continue the conversation or meet applicable obligations. You may request clarification, correction or deletion of contact details through the institutional channel once configured.
External links and updates
Confirmed public links may lead to websites with their own policies. This policy describes the current implementation. Changes to integrations, storage, analytics or the demo must be accompanied by an update to this text.
